How close will people stand?
That single question decides your pixel pitch. The working rule in this industry: the pitch in millimeters is roughly the closest comfortable viewing distance in meters. A 2.5 mm panel looks clean from about 2.5 m; a 3.9 mm from about 3.9 m. Closer than that and people start seeing the pixels.

What exactly is included in the price?
Panels, frame and cabling — a complete wall you can hang. The video processor and the freight are not included, and we'd rather say so here than on the phone.
The processor depends on the resolution you're driving and the sources you're feeding it; freight depends on your address. Both go on your quote as real numbers.
How fast can I actually have it?
It's in stock, and it ships the same day across the U.S. from our warehouse. Our Dedicated Truck Service delivers in 2 to 3 business days, with a guaranteed delivery date.
Do I need a technician to install it?
Usually not. The cabinets lock together and the modules seat with magnets, and most customers put the wall up with their own crew. The mounting videos above cover wall mount, hanging bar and ground support, and our team walks you through it on the phone.
What size do I need?
Tell us the wall you're filling and we'll size it. The cabinets are modular, so the finished wall is whatever the room needs — the packages above are just the four sizes people ask for most.
What happens if a module fails?
The module comes out from the front, so nothing gets dismantled. Replacements ship from the same Miami warehouse, and the five-year warranty is handled by us — we built the panel, so there's nobody in the middle deciding whether your claim counts.
What's the real difference between indoor and outdoor?
Brightness and sealing. Indoor panels run around 1,500 nits; outdoor panels around 4,500, because they have to fight daylight. Outdoor cabinets are also built and sealed for weather. It's a different panel, built for outdoor use.
Can I make the wall bigger later?
Yes, the cabinets are modular. One thing to know: LED panels are color-matched by production batch, so if you plan to expand, tell us now and we'll set extra panels aside from the same run.
Are there customs fees or import duties?
No. The stock is already in the United States. It ships from Florida, so there's nothing to clear through customs.
Do you sell to integrators and resellers?
Yes. Pick “Reseller or integrator” in the form and you'll be routed to the right person instead of the retail desk.
Why buy direct instead of through a reseller?
